|
In many ways a typical (if silly) forties-era horror flick. Bela Lugosi plays Dr. Brewster, who experiments with spinal fluids from a gorilla on himself. He slowly transforms to an ape and begins to regret what he has done. Dr. Brewster and his pet gorilla go on a killing spree of people in order to get the human spinal fluid he needs for a cure.
